With over three decades of experience, Rajeev is a seasoned insurance leader with deep expertise across Property & Casualty, Life & Annuities, Supplemental Health, and the Lloyd's market. He has led large-scale business and technology transformations spanning underwriting, claims, distribution, customer experience, and core platform modernization.

Rajeev is also driving Coforge's AI-First insurance strategy, helping insurers leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and accelerate business outcomes. Additionally, he is an expert in complex deal structuring, outcome-based commercial models, IT-BPO integrated transformations, and strategic partnerships with leading insurance platforms, including Duck Creek, Guidewire, Majesco, Sapiens, FAST, and DXC.
